Refund Policy
환불정책 요약 (한국어)
행사 1개월 전인 2027년 9월 11일(등록 마감일과 동일)까지 취소 신청 시 결제 금액 전액을 환불하며, 이후 취소는 환불되지 않습니다. 결제 완료 후에도 관련 법령에 따라 정해진 기간 내 청약철회(취소)를 요청할 수 있습니다.
환불 신청은 공식 이메일로 이름, 등록일, 결제 금액, 사유를 기재해 접수하며, 승인 후 영업일 기준 14일 이내에 결제한 수단으로 환불합니다. 행사가 연기되는 경우 등록은 새 일정으로 자동 이월되며, 환불을 원하면 동일한 절차로 개별 신청할 수 있습니다.

1. Full Refund Deadline
Cancellations made up to one month before the event (11 September 2027) receive a 100% refund. Cancellations after that date are non-refundable.
2. Registration Deadline
The registration deadline is 11 September 2027 (one month before the event), the same date as the full refund deadline in Section 1.
3. Refunds for Visa Denial
Cancellations due to visa denial follow the general refund policy in Section 1: requests submitted before the deadline still receive a 100% refund, while requests submitted after the deadline are non-refundable, including in cases of visa denial.
4. Refunds for Event Cancellation
If the event is fully cancelled by the organizer, International Church Growth Institute (CGI) (국제교회성장연구원(CGI)) will refund all registration fees already paid, less any non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment gateway (PG), where applicable.
5. If the Event Is Postponed
If the event is postponed, registrations are automatically carried over to the new date. Participants who prefer a refund may apply through the same refund procedure.
6. Duplicate Payments
Duplicate payments are handled under the same policy as refunds (within 14 business days, refunded to the original payment method).
7. How to Request a Refund, Processing Time, and Refund Method
To request a refund, email cgibahasa@gmail.com with your name, registration date, amount paid, and the reason for the refund, no later than 11 September 2027 (one month before the event).
Processing time: Within 14 business days after the request is approved.
Refund method: Refunded to the original payment method (card authorization reversal or local payment method cancellation).
