• What do participants need to prepare?

  Participants need to complete their visa requirements to enter Korea, and register online in advance.

• How do I get to the venue?

  Transportation will be provided for participants who have pre-registered in advance.

• Is Indonesian interpretation available?

  Yes, Indonesian interpretation is provided throughout the event.

• How do I register?

  Click "Register Here" and follow the 4 steps: select your registration type, fill in your participant details, review the order and fee summary, then complete payment. Registration opens 1 January 2027.

• Does the registration fee include accommodation?

  Yes, the registration fee includes dormitory accommodation, meals, and more — see the Participant Guide for full details.

• What if I need to cancel my registration?

  Cancellations made up to one month before the event (11 September 2027) receive a 100% refund. Cancellations after that date are non-refundable.
